Assassin's Creed Introduces Bizarre AoT Event for Holiday Season
In a bizarre crossover event that breaks traditional forecasts, the game developer has announced an virtual collaboration between Assassin's Creed Shadows and the renowned anime series Attack on Titan. The surprising holiday event runs from November 25 through December 22, providing no-cost additional story content for Shadows players.
Strange Questline Disclosed
According to the authorized statement, "An unusual meeting leads protagonists Naoe and Yasuke into a new quest, where hints of prohibited practices and terrifying transformations echo through the obscurity." The plot features a "strangely attired woman named Ada" who charges the duo with traveling into the Gemstone Grotto—a key location from Attack on Titan—to rescue her companion from a hidden group.
The mission concentrates on "strange tests and a terrifying foe" and is open to all players who have unlocked the Yasuke character.
Iconic Places and Transformations
The trailer features the Subterranean Sanctuary from Attack on Titan recreated as the Crystal Cave. This significant location was earlier where the Reiss royal family passed down the Founding Titan ability through generations. The preview finishes with a dramatic moment showing a character, probably the prisoner, transforming into a Titan that looms over Naoe and Yasuke.
Exclusive Items and Extra Features
Players who successfully complete the adventure will acquire an exclusive katana in addition to numerous artifacts hidden throughout the area in hidden chests. The update also contains in-store Attack on Titan item packs, including:

- Mikasa attire for Naoe

Latest Free Story Addition
